At Gabbie's Gift Boutique, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service. Please allow up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to lovingly prepare and ship your items—sometimes even sooner. All orders are shipped via USPS from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), and as soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.

For our U.S. customers, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after it has shipped. Please note that if you’ve paid with an e-check through PayPal, we will ship your order as soon as the payment clears.

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder first. If it’s still missing, don’t hesitate to email us—we’re here to help and answer any questions you may have.

Once your order is in the hands of the U.S. Postal Service, they will handle all delivery matters. If you need assistance with your shipment, you can visit usps.com or contact them directly at (800) 275-8777.

If your tracking shows that your package has been "DELIVERED" but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office for further assistance. Delivery issues, including damage, theft, or misdeliveries, are managed by the U.S. Postal Service, and they will be best equipped to help you.
